Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones

This is an oil painting of Keith Richards. Like Bob Dylan, Keith Richards is very interesting to paint, his aged skin and expression show the signs of a man that has enjoyed his life! I might paint Mick Jagger someday. The canvas measures 60 x 45cm.

  4. Hi thanks Bridie, yeah pretty much everything I do it monotone for the moment anyway. I have experimented a little with color and I hope to do more but I am actually color blind as are my two brothers which makes it difficult & frustrating to work with color specially with realism. But I really admire people who can achieve photo realistic paintings in color its an amazing talent and something I would love to be able to do...
